Health Strategy Session

This 1.5 hr session is for anyone who wants a little bit more than Osteopathy. Perhaps you are in pain or perhaps have an injury thats not getting better or have health anxiety. In this session we will assess you from an Osteopathic point of view to diagnose your pain but also look at your whole body and mind, and take a holistic approach to anything you're struggling with. I will help you to create a natural and proactive strategy to approach your health. Whether that’s solutions for you to implement, helping you to make and stick to goals with eating, exercising or sleeping, or deciding who the right professional you need to see is. We will create a bespoke health plan for you to help you move forward.

Coaching

As a coach and positive psychologist I can help you find yourself again. I help you to sleep better, reduce stress, overwhelm, and anxiety, create calm and relaxation, find work-life balance, improve your mind and body health, be productive, and reach your goals.

Coaching can help if you feel stuck. You’re not getting good sleep or are just generally running on empty but can’t turn it around. I help you to help yourself achieve your dreams and happiness in your health and life. Pilates and Breathwork


Pilates will help develop strength, flexibility, and coordination. It can be beneficial to absolutely anyone just wanting to prevent back pain, improve posture, build core strength, and improve tone all over.

Breathwork is great for opening the chest and diaphragm, improving breathing and breathing to lower stress or increase energy.

I currently offer 1:1 clinical pilates for pain, core, and posture, or half and half Pilates and Breathwork sessions.

An intuitive practitioner with an empathetic approach and thorough understanding of the effects of stress and challenging life events on health and wellbeing I recommend it to anyone looking to turn the corner and move on from a difficult time.
