Ali Potter BSc Hons Ost.

Osteopath, Pilates teacher, PT, and all-round health advisor/advocate, available for treatment, training and healthy living consultation.

My extensive experience has led me to work with people from all walks of life across all levels of health, fitness, pain and injury, so whatever your needs, I can help develop a bespoke treatment plan to suit you.

About me - I have always been fairly active and fit, trying to keep a healthy lifestyle, but as we know in life, things dont always go to plan. In July 2012 I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 34. An emotional scary roller-coaster ensued. If it taught me anything its to live each day to the maximum and what really counts is being happy. So now I add cancer survivor to my list of achievements and use this mindset to help work with peoples' attitudes to pain, health and fitness. My interests are varied from reading and painting through to skiing, windsurfing, walking, gyming, and generally anything being outdoors, in open space, puts a smile on my face.
