Hi, I’m Ali

A busy professional Osteopath and Positive Psychologist and Integrative Health Coach.

I treat from a lovely clinic in Felixstowe, and coach online, and am the creator of “Zen in 60” anxiety program, and “The Vitality Pathway” chronic wellness mentoring program.

I’ve been in health and wellness for over 25 years helping people achieve everything from pain relief, anxiety relief, weight loss, improved physical ability to confidence and resilience in stress free lives. I’ve worked with people with lyme disease, long covid, CFS and chronic pain.

I’ve dealt with many “ill health” things in my life including breast cancer and chronic lyme disease so I know what makes you and your body function the best it can. I coach and treat from a place of knowing and experience. This has led me to work with people from all walks of life across all levels of health, fitness, pain and injury, so whatever your needs, I am a health strategist who can help develop a bespoke health or treatment approach to suit you.
