Hi, I’m Ali Potter

A busy professional Osteopath and Psychology Informed Health and Mindset Coach.

I treat clients from a lovely clinic in Felixstowe and offer online coaching, and I’m the creator of the “Zen in 60” anxiety program and “The Vitality Pathway” – a mentoring and coaching programme that focuses on stress, sleep, and overall health.

With a background in positive psychology and coaching psychology, I work in an evidence-based, client-centred way to help you achieve lasting change. Over the past 27 years in health and wellness, I’ve supported people in overcoming challenges ranging from pain relief and anxiety management to weight loss, improved physical function, and building confidence and resilience for a stress-free life.

I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals facing complex health challenges, including Lyme disease, Long Covid, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, PCOS, menopausal changes, and chronic pain. I’ve also supported many who are burned out, stressed, and feeling disconnected from the life they deserve. My true passion is helping people turn it around and rediscover their vitality.

Having navigated my own health journey, which includes overcoming breast cancer, chronic Lyme disease, pulmonary embolism, and post-infective IBS, I know firsthand what it takes to help your body perform at its best. My approach is informed by both personal experience and professional expertise, which enables me to work with individuals across all levels of health, fitness, and injury.
